He didn't make it complicated or baffle me with jargon. He sent me an itemised quote which I compared to others and it was competitive, so I booked in for a convenient date and time. Dan came and fitted a brand new boiler at short notice. Communication was prompt and polite. The job was a bit messy having to drill holes and remove old fixings, but Dan protected the stairs carpet with polythene and left absolutely no mess. Invited back to move the external gas feed from the front around the side of the property. Again the job was done when agreed to the specs we had discussed. Nice clean install and left no mess.
